Unshoveled Sidewalk Request. Commercial Sidewalk enforcement begins within 3 hours of sunrise following the storm s end. Residential sidewalk enforcement begins 30 hours of a storm s end. The storm s end time will be posted on the Town s website ttps://town.billerica.ma.us.
